Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Instructions

Step #1: Call to ensure your return is processed properly

To ensure that your return is processed properly, please call us at 949-709-8194 for a return authorization number (RA#). This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels

Please complete and print the Return Form. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 60 days. Items must be returned to: CentricAir, Attn: Returns Processing, 30346 Esperanza, Suite A, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.

You must include your complete whole house fan systems from 60 days from the date of your purchase. You must include all original equipment and materials. You will be responsible for any missing items.

Step #3: Care and Shipping.

Because the safe return of your package is as important to Centric Air as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at CentricAir.

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by CentricAir. All equipment will be inspected by our Operations Manager prior to the refund being processed. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

Cost of shipping the system back to CentricAir is the responsibility of the customer.
