Whole House Fan Installation Pictures

The pictures below were sent to us from a  DIY customer who installed the system himself. He asked us to share the pictures so other DIY customer could see how straightforward the installation was. Cut out the drywall in ceiling (No Framing Required)

Slip damper box between existing joist and attach with screws provided.

Damper shown is Cold Climate Damper. Backdraft damper is included in standard price.

Securing Fan: Mount fan to attic joists using custom bracket provided.

Ceiling Grille: Install grille over opening in ceiling using screws provided.

Electrical: Plug electrical cord from fan into the outlet socket on control box provided and plug the electrical cord from control box into a standard home electrical outlet socket.
