How our 15-Year Fan Warranty Works
Centric Air stands behind every product we sell with a no-hassles warranty.
Centric Air Incorporated warrants the fan and motor for 15-years from the original date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under use as instructed by the user’s manual. Centric Air, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective fan and/or motor covered by this warranty. Electrical components such as remote controls and switches have a one year warranty. All other components such as Damper Box, Register and Ductwork also have a three year warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.
Centric Air Incorporated warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for the time period and as set forth below. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Centric Air will at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. Centric Air warrants any replaced product or part for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
To ensure that your return is processed properly, please call us at 949-709-8194 for a return authorization number (RA#). This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Please complete and print the Return Form. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us. Items must be returned to: Centric Air, Attn: Returns Processing, 30346 Esperanza, Suite A, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.
Because the safe return of your package is as important to Centric Air as it is to you, please request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Centric Air. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Centric Air.

This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (3) damage, caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazard; or (4) use of the product with any unauthorized device if such device causes the problem.
This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the LCD screen or outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (3) damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazard, or Acts of God; or (4) use of the product with any device if such device causes the problem.
The forgoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other Warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, correspondence with description, and Non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Centric Air and its suppliers.
Neither Centric Air nor its suppliers shall be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, Tort (including negligence) or any other theory, even if Centric Air has been advised of the possibility of such damages Centric Air’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the product.
